Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from Yukon, Oklahoma.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing unless state otherwise in product description. (This does not include tee shirt party purchases)

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

We encourage you to download the "Shop" app as it will send you notifications when your order has shipped and when it is delivered. 

We are not responsible for USPS delays. 

Lost/Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Please be sure to ship to a secure location such as your workplace or a P.O. Box. All shipments are tracked. One USPS delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered. 
 
If you need signature confirmation or insurance added to your package because of theft concerns in your neighborhood, you must arrange these extra services before you make your purchase. 

Local Delivery:
We do not currently offer local delivery.


Local Pickup:
If you would like to pickup your items locally, that is an option. You will select the "Pickup" option when checking out. You will receive an email when your items are ready to be picked up. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for pickup.
