Return Policy

All returns will receive store credit as we do not offer refunds. 

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of delivery. The date of delivery that will be used will be the date provided by USPS for the tracking you receive. Please note shipping fees associated with a return are to be paid by the customer. 

All items must be returned unworn, odor free, and unwashed. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the previous conditions are not met. 

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned. 

  • Sale/Clearance
  • Holiday Apparel
  • Bralettes/Intimates

If any of these items are sent back Breckon Couture Boutique will not accept them and we will not pay to ship them back. 


Return Process:

Mail your return to “ATTN: RETURN 1801 S Morgan Rd., OKC 73128”

Once you have mailed your return please fill out our Return Form with all pertinent information. 

Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. This credit will be available for use right away. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Breckon Couture Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our shop it is in the possession of the United States Postal Service. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, you may contact your local post office to resolve this issue. 

Damaged Items:

As soon as you receive your package, please check that all of your package is  free of damages. If you receive your package with damages please email with a picture of the package damages. Please put “Damaged” in the subject line. 

Once your damaged email has been reviewed Breckon Couture Boutique will send you an email with your store credit along with a prepaid return label. Once you have received this label please return the package within 7 days. If the package is not returned Breckon Couture Boutique reserves the right to void store credit. 

After an item has been washed or worn Breckon Couture Boutique cannot accept any return. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after items are washed and/or worn.

Since we are an online store and inventory is not guaranteed we do not offer exchanges. However, if the same item is available in the desired item(s) or size(s) you may proceed with a new order.
